💪 What makes Oh So Amazing Protein different?

Our plant protein is made from real, clean ingredients ... no gums, fillers or weird aftertaste. It’s smooth, delicious and actually something you look forward to drinking. Plus, it’s blended with functional ingredients like mushrooms and MCTs to support energy, focus, and recovery.

🌿 Is your protein vegan?

Yep! 100% plant-based and vegan-friendly. We use a blend of faba bean and organic pea protein ... no dairy, no soy, no nonsense.

🥛 How do I use it?

Mix 3 heaped tablespoons (about 30g) with 250–300ml of water, milk or your favourite smoothie. Shake, blend, or stir ... whatever suits your vibe.
Hot tip: it’s also amazing in oats, yoghurt bowls or baking.

🍓 Does it taste good? Be honest.

We get it - plant protein can be hit or miss. But ours? Game changer. It’s naturally flavoured, smooth and doesn’t have that chalky, earthy taste. (Don’t just take our word for it - check the reviews!)

⏰ When should I take it?

Anytime you want a protein boost! After a workout, mid-morning or as a 3pm snack instead of raiding the pantry. It helps you feel fuller for longer and supports muscle recovery and energy.

🚫 Any allergens?

Our blends are gluten-free, nut-free and dairy-free . Always check the label if you have allergies.

🧠 Why do you include mushrooms in your protein?

Our Organic Mushroom Blend includes shiitake, maitake, turkey tail, and tremella ... all chosen for their natural benefits like immune support, focus, and overall wellbeing. You won’t taste them, but you’ll definitely feel the glow-up.

🌈 Is it safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Our protein uses natural ingredients, but every body is different - so we recommend chatting to your healthcare professional before adding any supplement to your routine.

🏋️♀️ How much protein do I need each day?

It depends on your activity level, but most people benefit from 1.2-2g of protein per kg of body weight per day. Adding one or two Oh So Amazing shakes a day can help you reach your goals easily (and deliciously).

📦 How long will shipping take?

We ship Australia-wide! Orders are usually packed and sent within 1-2 business days, with delivery taking around 2-6 days depending on your location. You’ll get tracking details once it’s on the way.

🔁 Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the nature of food products, we can’t accept returns once opened - but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Salted Caramel Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp of Oh So Amazing Supps Salted Caramel Plant Protein
  • 1/3 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup of pepitas
  • 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup of flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup of cacao nibs
  • 2 cups of rolled oats

Topping

  • 1 cup chocolate

Directions:

1. Combine the peanut butter, 1/4 cup of coconut oil, and honey

2. Add the oats, pepitas, sunflower seeds, flax seeds and cacao nibs

3. Combine together

4. Add the mixture into a tray

5. Melt the chocolate

6. Pour the chocolate on top of the oat mixture

7. Place in the fridge for 1hr to set

8. Enjoy!

Coconut & Strawberry Mylkshake

Ingredients

  • 300ml of Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 3 heaped tablespoons of Oh So Amazing Strawberries & Cream Plant Protein
  • Handful of frozen strawberries
  • Handful of Ice

Blend and Enjoy!!!!

Salted Caramel Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of oat flour (blended oats)
  • 2 tbsp of Oh So Amazing Supps Salted Caramel Plant Protein
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup honey

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients. Roll into balls and store in the fridge

2. Enjoy!
