Our Story

Hi, I’m Anna - a mum of two little girls (a busy 3 year old and a curious 10 month old!) and the founder of Oh So Amazing Supps!

This brand was born out of my own need as a mum who wanted to feel healthy, energised, and truly nourished, without the compromise. I didn’t just want another protein shake for the gym. I wanted something I could enjoy every single day, no matter what life looked like, whether I’d worked out, been up all night with the baby, or was chasing after my toddler.

I dreamt of a protein that went beyond muscles. Something that cared for my whole self - supporting glowing skin, shiny hair, a happy gut, a strong immune system, and a body that feels good from the inside out. And most importantly, something that actually tasted delicious so it would be a joy to have every day.

So I set out to create it. With Oh So Amazing Supps, you’re not just getting a quick shake, you’re nourishing your body with natural, high-quality ingredients carefully chosen for their benefits, and blended into smooth, creamy flavours that feel like a treat.

Salted Caramel Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp of Oh So Amazing Supps Salted Caramel Plant Protein
  • 1/3 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup of pepitas
  • 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup of flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup of cacao nibs
  • 2 cups of rolled oats

Topping

  • 1 cup chocolate

Directions:

1. Combine the peanut butter, 1/4 cup of coconut oil, and honey

2. Add the oats, pepitas, sunflower seeds, flax seeds and cacao nibs

3. Combine together

4. Add the mixture into a tray

5. Melt the chocolate

6. Pour the chocolate on top of the oat mixture

7. Place in the fridge for 1hr to set

8. Enjoy!

Coconut & Strawberry Mylkshake

Ingredients

  • 300ml of Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 3 heaped tablespoons of Oh So Amazing Strawberries & Cream Plant Protein
  • Handful of frozen strawberries
  • Handful of Ice

Blend and Enjoy!!!!

Salted Caramel Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of oat flour (blended oats)
  • 2 tbsp of Oh So Amazing Supps Salted Caramel Plant Protein
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup honey

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients. Roll into balls and store in the fridge

2. Enjoy!
