Salted Caramel Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 2 tbsp of Oh So Amazing Supps Salted Caramel Plant Protein
- 1/3 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil
- 1/4 cup of pepitas
- 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup of flax seeds
- 1/4 cup of cacao nibs
- 2 cups of rolled oats
Topping
- 1 cup chocolate
Directions:
1. Combine the peanut butter, 1/4 cup of coconut oil, and honey
2. Add the oats, pepitas, sunflower seeds, flax seeds and cacao nibs
3. Combine together
4. Add the mixture into a tray
5. Melt the chocolate
6. Pour the chocolate on top of the oat mixture
7. Place in the fridge for 1hr to set
8. Enjoy!

Coconut & Strawberry Mylkshake
Ingredients
- 300ml of Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 3 heaped tablespoons of Oh So Amazing Strawberries & Cream Plant Protein
- Handful of frozen strawberries
- Handful of Ice
Blend and Enjoy!!!!

Salted Caramel Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 2 cups of oat flour (blended oats)
- 2 tbsp of Oh So Amazing Supps Salted Caramel Plant Protein
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup honey
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. Roll into balls and store in the fridge
2. Enjoy!
